“To serve Hadley, Massachusetts by providing opportunities and support for our youth and members of the community.”

We bring together local mothers to foster connection, support, and service. Through charitable programs, fundraising initiatives, and community events, we strive to strengthen families, enrich lives, and make Hadley a more caring, connected place for everyone.

How We Support our Community

Since 1944 Mothers’ Club has continued to support Hadley schools and the community through various fundraisers & events:

  • Host Candidate’s Night giving town office candidates the opportunity to speak and answer questions from the public

  • Bake table and refreshments at Town Meetings

  • Scholarship Awards to graduating high school students who live or attend school in Hadley

  • Sponsorship of youth events & groups:‍ ‍Scout troop start-ups, State Competitions, 6th grade celebrations

  • Financial support for school field trips, band trips, Community Service trips, Park & Rec Events

  • We purchase musical recorders for the 3rd grade classrooms

  • We fund the automated telephone notification system for Hadley Public Schools

  • We collect food donations for the Hadley Food Pantry

  • We collect supplies and donate filled Brown Bags to the Hadley Senior Center

  • Host Fundraisers such as Holiday Vendor Fair

  • Provide Mentorship and volunteer hours for students in National Honors’ Society, Key Club, and STEM Internships

  • Provide Fellowship & Friendship for our Members with programs, informative speakers and fun activities:

    • monthly meetings with FREE childcare (September - May)

    • social events: September Potluck, December Holiday & Ornament Swap, May Dinner Banquet

    • special events: Paint & Sip Party, 75th Anniversary, 80th All Members Tea Party

    • communication tools: Newsletter, Social Media & Sign Ups Sheets
